What to arrange before booking valet parking

The best starting point is a few clear details about the property and the occasion. You don’t need every answer before contacting us.

Start with the entrance.

Which entrance should guests use? Is there room for a car to stop while other guests continue arriving? Share the venue address and any information from the property manager about access. A photograph or site plan can help when you follow up by email.

Secure the parking location.

The client is responsible for arranging a suitable parking area. Confirm that your event may use the proposed spaces with the owner or venue. A nearby lot is useful only when permission and access are agreed.

Tell us the distance between parking and the entrance. If the route calls for a shuttle, raise that when asking for your quote.

Think in vehicles as well as guests.

Guest count is a useful first estimate. If you know that many people will share cars or arrive in hired transportation, mention it. The arrival window matters too: a ceremony often brings more cars at once than an informal dinner.

Plan the departure.

Give us the event’s end time and any point when many guests are likely to leave together. Include the complete service window in the enquiry, rather than just the event start.

Send what you know.

An event quote considers hours, guest count, staffing, parking arrangements and weather conditions. Share your date, address and outline schedule, then discuss the details with Leo Valet.

Send us the details of your event or call (484) 393-5250.
